Appointments at the Home Decor Centre® can be scheduled online at the Customer Care Portal.

Its quick and easy to schedule an appointment from the comfort of your home, or anywhere the internet is available to you. Online booking offers you the flexibility to choose an appointment date and time at the Home Decor Centre® that works within your schedule. You will be notified via letter and email when we require you to make selections at the Home Decor Centre®.When you receive this notification, the online booking section of the Portal will be available for you to select an appointment. It’s that easy!

If you prefer, when you receive notification to schedule an appointment you may contact the Home Decor Centre® by phone and we will discuss your appointment options with you.

FINISHING SELECTION

The Home Decor Centre® is a premier showroom of products and services where you will choose the products that will be used to finish your new home, such as cabinetry, carpet, hardwood and tile. Quick, fun and interactive, our proprietary programs were created to help make your experience at the Home Decor Centre® a pleasure.

The behind the scenes technology that drives our Home Decor Centre® is what sets us apart. While browsing at the Home Decor Centre®, the interactive touch screens throughout the Centre will help you make informed decisions about the products you are interested in. At your colour selection appointment, your Design Consultant will use a wireless device to scan the barcodes to compile the products that will be included in your home.

OHBA AWARD

Our concept was simple:
Provide a beautiful space where our customers will make their selections and offer only the best products and services, using the latest technology to ensure a quick and easy process. We were definitely on to something.

The Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) is made up of thousands of member companies organized into local associations across the province. Each year, they honour the best and brightest in the construction industry. The criteria for this award is; overall appeal, customer interaction, functionality of floor plan, unique display of products and innovative features. The OHBA presented the Home Decor Centre® with their first-ever award for Best Design Centre in 2007.

We are always introducing new and innovative products and services to provide our customers. In 2011 the OHBA recognized our continual efforts and we were again presented with this prestigious award.
